Allocator Benefits Overview

Own relationships with hedge funds and general partners, ensuring timely, complete, and accurate data submissions. Lead manager onboarding, monitor data quality KPIs, resolve escalations, maintain CRM records, analyze coverage gaps, and recommend automation improvements. Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams while using AI assistants and modern data tools. The role expands into client support, onboarding programs, and direct client relationship management.

Build and deploy AI-powered platform features, data pipelines, automations, agentic workflows, and internal tools for alternative investment data management. Collaborate with Product, Data, and Client Success teams to identify workflow improvements, prototype solutions, launch MVPs, measure performance, and iterate based on feedback. The role also involves technical discovery, documentation, demonstrations, release notes, setup guides, and client onboarding materials.

Own the full sales cycle with institutional limited partner (LP) prospects globally, building relationships with COOs/CFOs and data teams, running proof-of-value pilots, navigating complex security/data/legal/procurement reviews, and helping establish Allocator's US presence.
