Allient Benefits Overview

Supports HR operations focused on employee benefits, onboarding, leave administration, compliance, HRIS data, and employee engagement. Processes new hire documentation, benefits enrollments, life events, HSA and 401(k) files, leave transactions, I-9 and state reporting, COBRA updates, and employee data changes in ADP. Coordinates with vendors and third-party administrators, responds to employee inquiries, maintains records and procedures, and supports wellness and engagement programs.

Leads the architecture, design, development, testing, validation, and manufacturing release of embedded electronics and motion-control hardware. Owns electrical system architecture across power, analog, digital, sensing, communications, and mixed-signal domains; performs circuit design, PCB collaboration, bring-up, debugging, and compliance support. Provides technical and product leadership, mentors engineers, manages complex development projects, supports hardware-firmware integration, and drives products through their full lifecycle.

Leads development and implementation of product test strategies and complete test systems. Designs, builds, commissions, and documents test equipment; writes test software; coordinates cross-functional teams; manages project costs and timelines; explores testing technologies; and mentors engineers and technicians. Collaborates with design engineering to develop effective test specifications and supports transition of products and processes from prototype to production.
