Supports HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, leave coordination, compliance reporting, HRIS data management, employee inquiries, wellness programs, and offboarding. Administers benefits enrollments, audits, vendor billing, HSA and 401(k) files, coordinates FMLA and other leave cases, maintains employment records, and ensures compliance with I-9, E-Verify, ACA, and state reporting requirements. Requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, and attention to detail.

Manage strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, inventory, and domestic and international logistics for an electronics manufacturing environment. Develop supply chain strategies, negotiate contracts, optimize inventory and freight costs, coordinate MRP and S&OP activities, mitigate supply risks, support new product introductions, and ensure trade, quality, and regulatory compliance. Lead continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, finance, quality, and customer service teams.

Develops cost estimates, quotations, bids, and technical-commercial analyses for motors, drives, gearboxes, and related systems. Reviews customer requirements, drawings, specifications, bills of material, risks, and manufacturing inputs. Acts as a liaison among customers, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement while providing technical application support. Supports regulated and government-contract work, including aerospace, medical device, DoD, ITAR, export-controlled, qualification, validation, and documentation requirements.
