Support full-cycle technical recruiting by sourcing candidates, conducting outreach, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS and talent-pool data, and assisting with employer branding. The intern will use AI tools for market research and sourcing, experiment with outreach messaging, and contribute ideas to improve hiring processes while learning from an experienced international recruitment team.

Architects and implements data pipelines, platforms, and warehouses on Google Cloud. Provides technical consulting, training, presales support, and proof-of-concept delivery for clients. Leads and mentors data engineering teams, guides cloud adoption, manages stakeholders, supports agile practices, and owns end-to-end development lifecycles. Requires strong coding, GCP, BigQuery, Kubernetes, Airflow, dbt, and agentic AI experience, plus English and Hungarian communication skills.

Build and deploy AI agent solutions for enterprise clients as a forward-deployed, one-person engineering team. Responsibilities include identifying AI opportunities, designing end-to-end agentic workflows and LLM applications, integrating client systems, measuring business impact, deploying solutions beyond proof of concept, and training teams for handover. The role requires customer-facing communication, adaptability across domains and engagements, broad engineering experience, on-site client work, and travel outside Budapest.
