Own enterprise customer relationships from proof of concept through conversion, renewal, and expansion. Lead technical evaluations, commercial processes, account growth, customer business reviews, issue triage, and renewal forecasting. Translate customer requirements into product priorities while partnering directly with Engineering and Product. This first dedicated Technical Account Manager will also develop the company’s post-sales playbook.

Own enterprise customer relationships from proof of concept through conversion, renewal, and expansion across European and North American accounts. Lead technical evaluations, commercial conversions, product prioritization, escalations, business reviews, forecasting, and upsell opportunities. Translate customer requirements for Engineering and Product, manage stakeholder alignment, and help establish the company’s first post-sales playbook.
