The role requires technical understanding of VoIP, networking, SIP, paging, and UCaaS solutions, along with CRM usage, sales reporting, partner development, and clear communication of technical product value.

Own territory development across Australia: build channel partnerships, prospect and qualify opportunities, manage pipeline and forecasts, represent Algo at industry events, and work with global teams to drive adoption of IP/UC communication products.

Lead end-to-end product development for assigned portfolio: set vision, translate market and customer needs into requirements, drive cross-functional alignment, manage trade-offs and launch readiness, engage users in prototyping/beta, and ensure successful market introduction and early feedback.
