Serve as the professional first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. Manage reception, visitor access, meeting rooms, refreshments, office supplies, post, couriers, events, and AV setup. Support onboarding, facilities queries, vendors, administrative tasks, and Office Manager coverage while maintaining discretion, polished presentation, and excellent service.

Lead private equity investments across origination, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring, financing, portfolio management, fundraising, and exits. Prepare investment committee recommendations, collaborate with portfolio company management and boards on value creation, and mentor junior professionals. The role requires substantial private equity experience, strong financial modeling and transaction execution skills, commercial judgment, leadership, communication, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

The intern will support the Corporate Portfolio Advisory team by analyzing information, managing data rooms, and assisting in financial modeling and valuations, while contributing to marketing initiatives.
