Join Alantra's Human Capital team to manage day-to-day HR processes across the UK, support onboarding/offboarding and recruitment, handle employee relations end-to-end, assist with benefits, performance, talent development and compensation processes, produce data-driven HR reports, deliver payroll updates, and mentor junior HR team members.

Join Alantra's FIG team in Madrid supporting execution of FIG transactions (M&A, credit portfolio, SFABS). Perform financial and strategic analysis, prepare transaction data and client presentations, mentor analysts, conduct market research and due diligence, and support client engagement and transaction management.
