Akselos Benefits Overview

Supports office administration, facilities coordination, vendor liaison, supply ordering, and administrative recordkeeping. Assists HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, document preparation, recruitment scheduling, candidate communication, employer branding, employee engagement, and internal communications. Also supports basic accounting tasks, cash transaction tracking, payment and receipt vouchers, and document filing. This is a six-month full-time internship for a fresh graduate or final-year student in Ho Chi Minh City.

Creates tailored product demonstrations using presentations, videos, dashboards, and Akselos models to address customer needs. Supports sales presentations, maintains demo environments and scripts, and collaborates with product and engineering teams on product capabilities. Also assists UX/UI designers with responsive interfaces, design systems, reusable components, design tokens, accessibility, and interaction implementation. Requires technical understanding of structural or finite element analysis and strong Vietnamese and English communication skills.
