Akselos Benefits Overview

Develop and standardize the company’s internal AI tooling ecosystem for engineering teams. Build coding-assistant skills, agents, subagents, and commands; improve documentation and in-code context; support colleagues creating AI customizations; and establish consistent, maintainable workflows. The role also involves Python development, technical writing, codebase navigation, Linux-based work, documentation quality, collaboration, maintenance, and evaluating where AI tooling can improve engineering and simulation workflows.

Creates tailored product demonstrations using presentations, videos, dashboards, and Akselos models to address customer needs. Supports sales presentations, maintains demo environments and scripts, and collaborates with product and engineering teams on product capabilities. Also assists UX/UI designers with responsive interfaces, design systems, reusable components, design tokens, accessibility, and interaction implementation. Requires technical understanding of structural or finite element analysis and strong Vietnamese and English communication skills.
