Leads full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, develops hiring and sourcing plans, manages Greenhouse ATS, and supports candidate assessment and compliance. Also oversees HR and business operations, organization design, employment compliance, vendor processes, compensation analysis, benefits, training, performance management, and rewards. Requires strong leadership, communication, strategic consultation, and cultural awareness while supporting India-based operations aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.

Supports Michigan Judicial Information Services by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting court business processes and requirements for the statewide MiFILE electronic filing initiative. Develops process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation; facilitates stakeholder discussions; analyzes current and future workflows; and supports testing, validation, implementation, and issue resolution. The role is fully remote with periodic onsite visits to Michigan courts, potentially twice monthly.

Supports statewide electronic filing implementation by eliciting and translating business requirements, mapping current and future processes, creating user stories and workflow diagrams, and coordinating Agile development engagements. Acts as a liaison among courts, stakeholders, and development teams during system configuration, testing, implementation, integration, and support. Performs quality assurance, troubleshooting, reporting, project documentation, stakeholder communication, and limited project leadership for the MiFILE document management migration initiative.
