Design, build, deploy, and scale production AI applications and agents. Translate business problems into scalable AI solutions, develop backend services and APIs, integrate with enterprise data platforms, ensure observability, governance, and MLOps, and collaborate with cross-functional client teams.

Own the technical sales cycle for Databricks consulting engagements, including discovery, architecture design, solution scoping, estimation, proposals, demos, proofs of concept, workshops, and statements of work. Design lakehouse, data engineering, analytics, governance, security, and AI architectures. Partner with sales, Databricks, alliance, and delivery teams while ensuring effective handoffs into implementation.

Own and grow the enterprise services pipeline across targeted UK accounts and priority verticals. Responsibilities include sourcing leads, reactivating dormant accounts, developing new enterprise relationships, managing deals end to end, and overseeing select accounts. The role requires partnering with technology vendors and internal technical experts to scope proposals and communicate the firm’s AI, analytics, and data services value proposition. This is a hybrid London role with weekly in-person expectations and willingness to travel.
