Leads the People and Payroll Systems team, overseeing Workday, GlobalView, and eTime delivery. Responsibilities include setting technology roadmaps, prioritizing demand, managing resources, risks, budgets, reporting, and vendors, and partnering with People & Culture, Finance, Technology, and business product owners. The role also provides technical leadership, drives innovation, and ensures HCM, payroll, and time-and-attendance solutions support business strategy.

Handles inbound customer calls involving account and billing inquiries, complaints, account changes, payments, and issue resolution. Identifies sales and retention opportunities, recommends tailored energy products and services, and works toward customer service, sales, and KPI targets. The role includes paid onsite training, ongoing coaching, and rotating weekday shifts in Adelaide.

Leads initiatives that improve outcomes for customers experiencing vulnerability. Translates strategy, regulatory expectations, and customer insights into practical improvements across journeys, policies, processes, systems, people practices, and governance. Partners across Customer Operations and external stakeholders, integrates lived-experience insights, identifies risks and opportunities, and develops evidence-based recommendations, business cases, and briefing materials to support implementation and decision-making.
