Lead administration of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SaaS applications, Azure identity, and cloud infrastructure in a fully cloud-based organization. Provide Level 2/3 service desk escalation, execute migrations and cybersecurity projects, establish IT service processes, manage assets and vendors, and support onboarding, offboarding, incident response, change management, and M&A initiatives. The role partners with IT leadership and may help build and manage a growing internal technical team.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across Mac and PC environments, including endpoint deployment, troubleshooting, account and access administration, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace support, endpoint security, patching, asset management, onboarding and offboarding, documentation, ticket queue management, vendor coordination, and IT project assistance.

Provide Level 1 IT support across Mac and PC environments, troubleshooting hardware, software, peripherals, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SaaS applications. Manage device deployment, onboarding, offboarding, hardware logistics, asset inventory, access provisioning, documentation, and ticket resolution. Maintain knowledge-base content, escalate complex issues, and support IT projects. This is an on-site position in St. Louis, Missouri.
