Maintain and improve character pipeline from high-resolution sculpts to fully rigged, engine-ready characters. Author shaders, optimize skinning and rendering, build scripts/plugins for riggers and animators, integrate assets into Unreal Engine 5, and collaborate with artists, animators, and engineers to ensure performance and stability across hero and background characters.

Maintain and optimize character pipeline from high-resolution sculpts to rigged, engine-integrated characters. Author shaders and scripts, troubleshoot technical character issues, partner with artists and engineers, optimize skinning, LODs, grooming, physics and rendering for performance and stability.

Act as the day-to-day production lead for the art team, managing schedules, task assignments, milestone delivery, capacity and risk. Coordinate with development, design, engineering, art leadership, and external partners to ensure high-quality asset delivery. Build and maintain workflows, documentation, reviews, and outsource handoffs to keep art production aligned with project roadmaps and milestones.
