Responsibilities include prompt engineering, LLM integrations, RAG solutions, front-end React apps, Python/Flask APIs, database integration, CI/CD, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure AI-driven underwriting, servicing, claims, and knowledge management solutions.

Provide US-based remote client-facing support for life insurance agents and carriers: respond to inbound chat/ticket inquiries, verify coverage, handle escalations, test platform updates, identify process improvements, and support product launches.

Manage day-to-day NYC office operations, provide executive administrative support, own end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, support benefits administration and HR compliance, run recruiting and LinkedIn/company presence, coordinate vendors and basic IT support, and plan culture/events.
