Coordinates Advario’s global internal communications strategy, channels, governance, campaigns, and employee engagement. Advises stakeholders, translates business priorities into clear messaging, manages digital platforms including ADVAnet and AdvaGO, edits company news, strengthens the internal brand, and supports communications networks across international teams. The role also manages agencies and collaborates cross-functionally with People, HSSE, IT, Legal, Sustainability, Operations, and Commercial teams.

Manage terminal logistics operations including inventory reporting, customs clearance, shipping documentation, stakeholder coordination, HSSE compliance, customer service, invoicing, and KPI reporting to ensure efficient cargo handling.

Lead implementation of innovation and sustainability strategy, identify and deploy technologies and startups, manage GHG verification and certifications (GRI, ISCC), track KPIs and ESG reporting, drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional sustainability programs focused on energy efficiency, carbon reduction, water, waste, and AI-driven transformation.
