Leads federal government affairs and lobbying initiatives for medical technology policy priorities. Advocates before Congress, the Administration, and federal agencies; manages legislative, regulatory, and appropriations strategies; builds relationships with policymakers, members, coalitions, and stakeholders; leads committees and advocacy projects; develops policy analyses, testimony, messaging, and executive communications; and coordinates cross-functional efforts to achieve organizational objectives.

Administers and configures Salesforce, including user management, objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, integrations, data quality, and governance. Provides advanced troubleshooting, training, documentation, and user support. Gathers requirements, implements system enhancements, evaluates releases, supports third-party platforms, and collaborates with stakeholders and vendors to improve business processes and system adoption.
