The Senior Accountant manages general ledger accuracy, reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, payroll support, revenue tracking, grant billing, financial reporting, cash forecasting, fixed assets, and audit preparation. The role works with leadership, HR, payroll, vendors, and grant stakeholders while maintaining accounting policies, confidentiality, and US GAAP compliance. Responsibilities also include analyzing financial transactions, resolving discrepancies, preparing journal entries and reports, and supporting special finance projects.

Provides therapeutic mentoring to youth ages 5–17 through individual and group activities, behavioral coaching, life-skills training, community-resource linkage, and coping-skills support. Coordinates with families and treatment teams, transports clients, manages a caseload of at least 20 clients, documents services in the EMR, follows treatment plans and compliance standards, and participates in supervision and training.
