Adimab Benefits Overview

Conduct antibody discovery and optimization research using yeast and mammalian cells, lymphocyte characterization, FACS, antibody library construction, cell-based assays, and single-cell RT-PCR. Analyze and present scientific data, interpret antibody responses, maintain laboratory reagents, and collaborate with internal teams and external drug discovery partners. Requires 4+ years of academic or industry experience in immunology, molecular biology, cellular biology, or biological engineering.

Lead Adimab's HR function as a strategic advisor to executives, build people strategy, champion culture and DEIB, develop leaders, oversee employee relations, succession planning, compensation, and learning and development while managing a small HR team.

Lead computational protein design campaigns end-to-end, integrating generative and structure-prediction methods with wet-lab experiments. Build reproducible pipelines, train and benchmark ML models for affinity, epitope, and specificity, and advise protein engineering teams on AI/ML-enabled design.
