Adams Clinical Benefits Overview

Coordinate low- to moderate-complexity clinical trials under supervision. Conduct participant visits (history, vitals, ECGs, phlebotomy, specimen processing), maintain ALCOA+-compliant source documents and CRFs, support IP accountability, assist with sponsor communications and monitoring preparation, contribute to data cleaning and enrollment activities, and support screening and reporting tasks.

Independently manage complex or high-enrolling clinical trials: screening, enrollment, participant visits, IP accountability, data entry/query resolution, start-up activities, sponsor/CRO liaison, supervise junior staff, and compile operational metrics to ensure protocol compliance and inspection readiness.

Provide foundational site-level support for clinical trials: assist study start-up, screen and schedule participants, perform vitals/ECGs/specimen collection as trained, complete ALCOA+-compliant source documentation, enter data into EDC, maintain study binders and logs, support monitoring visits, and assist with investigational product accountability under direct supervision while ensuring regulatory and GCP compliance.
