Adams Clinical Benefits Overview

The Enrollment Specialist manages the clinical trial candidate pipeline from initial outreach and prescreening through the first screening visit. Responsibilities include candidate qualification, appointment scheduling, transportation coordination, re-engagement campaigns, medical record tracking, CRM documentation, site collaboration, and performance reporting. The role owns conversion, screening, follow-up, and data-integrity targets while supporting enrollment teams across multiple studies and sites.

Own candidate enrollment for industry-sponsored clinical trials by conducting outreach, pre-screening candidates, scheduling screening visits, arranging transportation, tracking medical records, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, and monitoring conversion and follow-up metrics. The role partners closely with clinical site teams, supports enrollment campaigns, identifies pipeline opportunities, resolves blockers, and reports performance against screening targets.

Supports participant prescreening, eligibility triage, enrollment, informed consent preparation, visit scheduling, participant flow, clinical procedures, source documentation, and EDC data entry for psychiatric and neurologic clinical trials. Maintains study files, logs, and regulatory documentation in compliance with protocols, ICH-GCP, and site procedures. Performs vital signs, urine drug screens, HbA1c testing, and phlebotomy with training provided while collaborating with clinicians and research coordinators.
