Adams Clinical Benefits Overview

Serve as Lead Study Therapist in psychedelic clinical trials: complete study and site training, provide pre-dose preparation, real-time monitoring and post-dose follow-up, document observations per ICH-GCP and protocol, collaborate with clinicians and site staff, and maintain on-site availability for participant-facing sessions (majority in person).

Provide entry-level support for clinical trial site operations including participant scheduling and liaison, basic screening, vitals/ECG/specimen collection (as trained), source documentation, EDC data entry, supply and IP support, and maintenance of study records to ensure regulatory and protocol compliance under CRC supervision.

Manage complex, high-enrolling clinical trials including screening, enrollment, visits, data entry, IP accountability, regulatory readiness, sponsor liaison, supervising junior staff, and presenting study metrics.
