ACT Commodities Group Benefits Overview

Manage global cash balances, liquidity forecasting, funding, treasury settlements, FX transactions, guarantees, bank relationships, controls, and working-capital reporting. The role oversees reconciliations, payments, audit support, KPI dashboards, and treasury process improvements, while coordinating with finance, trading, operations, accounting, and middle-office teams. It also guides junior colleagues and leads automation and standardization initiatives.

Supports bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payments, month-end close schedules, audit documentation, SOP preparation, and ad hoc accounting projects. Requires an undergraduate accounting-related student graduating December 2027 through June 2028, basic accounting knowledge, strong numerical, organizational, communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills, attention to detail, and Excel proficiency. This is a fully in-office role in New York City.

Supports transaction operations by coordinating product deliveries, verifying transaction and account information, preparing management reports, assisting with contract generation and review, and following up on contract execution. Collaborates with credit, internal, and external teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions. The role is fully in-office in New York City and requires strong numerical, analytical, communication, collaboration, and Excel skills.
