The Director of Data owns the company’s data platform, governed metrics, client identity resolution, data quality, privacy controls, and AI-ready datasets. This leader manages the data team, establishes governance and operating standards, oversees warehouse and pipeline architecture, and ensures reliable data for Finance, leadership, products, and ML/LLM systems. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, roadmap ownership, stakeholder communication, and accountability for data reliability, lineage, security, and platform costs.

Own Instagram growth and multi-platform social strategy for major personal brands. Lead creative direction, brand voice, editorial planning, post-production workflows, publishing systems, and performance optimization. Identify high-retention clips, personally edit select short-form content, direct editors and designers, manage social assets, and build scalable SOPs using AI tools. Collaborate with talent, producers, and production teams to increase audience growth, engagement, and social-to-long-form traffic.

Conduct in-person consultations with booked clients, recommend and sell packages, handle objections, upsell higher-value options, follow up with leads and past clients, secure repeat bookings and referrals, track sales metrics, and deliver trained sessions while maintaining a client-ready studio.
