Assist the Operations & Logistics manager with daily operational and administrative tasks: organise logistics data, invoices and shipment records; coordinate outbound and inbound shipments; perform shipment checks; prepare labels and logistics documentation; and provide general operational support to maintain accurate, efficient day-to-day logistics processes.

Own financial administration for multiple legal entities, support record-to-report and month-end close, prepare and post journal entries, reconcile ledgers, support payroll accounting, cash management, VAT submissions, fixed asset registers, audits, and drive process improvements while partnering with stores and HQ colleagues.

Provide welcoming, customer-focused service in-store: advise on frame style, explain lens and coating options, polish and adjust frames, and guide customers through sales, upgrades, and add-ons to ensure correct fit and satisfaction.
