Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise COBOL applications on IBM mainframe platforms. Build and enhance batch and online transaction processing systems, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and support modernization and integration efforts. Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and engineering teams, participate in code reviews, and produce technical documentation to support mission-critical financial services applications.

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, data engineering, and digital transformation projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams, gather requirements, oversee SDLC, manage estimations, RCA for critical incidents, and ensure scalability, security, governance, and on-time, on-budget deployment. Drive agile practices, stakeholder prioritization, and identify new business opportunities.

The SDET will build automation scripts, conduct various tests, document outcomes, collaborate with teams, and help ensure software quality.
