Above and Beyond ABA Therapy Benefits Overview

Provides direct one-to-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home or clinic settings. Implements BCBA-directed treatment plans, supports behavioral and developmental skills, collects session data, submits notes, collaborates with supervisors and peers, and attends meetings and training. Paid training is provided toward Registered Behavioral Technician certification. The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, punctual travel between appointments, effective communication, and successful completion of a background check.

Provides front-desk and administrative support in a therapy clinic by checking patients in and out, managing schedules, handling payments, monitoring visitors, ordering supplies, distributing mail, and maintaining shared areas. The role also supports client meals and clinic organization, requires strong customer service and communication skills, and may involve travel between Omaha Metro locations.

The LIMHP will conduct Individual Diagnostic Interviews for clients, complete intake assessments, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for service initiation.
