Supervises multidisciplinary QC inspectors and coordinates inspections, testing, hold points, documentation, NCR corrective actions, calibration, audits, training, and quality reporting on industrial construction projects. Works with construction supervision, clients, and third-party inspectors to resolve quality issues, maintain inspection schedules, improve first-pass rates, and support handover documentation.

Manage planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, forecasting, risk analysis, and performance reporting for EPC projects. Maintain project baselines, monitor earned value metrics, analyze variances, support change-order costing, coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, and ensure project controls align with contract requirements and approved cost and schedule targets.

Tracks committed, actual, and forecast project costs against approved budgets for EPC or construction projects. Prepares cost reports, variance analyses, cash flow forecasts, and earned value management reporting. Maintains cost coding and work breakdown structures, verifies data with procurement and site teams, monitors change-order impacts, identifies cost risks, and supports project closeout reconciliation and final account preparation.
