Leads production across multiple game development content groups, overseeing schedules, milestones, roadmaps, risks, scope, issue resolution, communication, staffing, and process improvement. Manages and mentors producers, partners with studio leadership on strategy, supports external development planning, and ensures teams deliver high-quality work aligned with business goals. Requires strong game development knowledge, advanced planning and communication abilities, Agile expertise, and intermediate or higher JIRA proficiency.

Owns production planning and delivery for a game development UI technology team. Responsibilities include schedule and sprint management, backlog grooming, risk and scope mitigation, department ownership, issue resolution, process optimization, cross-team communication, progress reporting, and monitoring team morale and execution. The Producer partners with leaders and developers to prioritize requests, manage dependencies, prevent bottlenecks, and support timely, high-quality deliveries.

The Expert UI Engineer will lead the design and implementation of UI systems for a AAA multiplayer project, mentor a team, and ensure compliance with console requirements while enhancing user experience through innovative design and technology.
