Serve as a strategic HR partner to executives and managers, supporting corporate and clinical teams across multiple counties. Lead employee relations and investigations, ensure compliance with employment law, coach leaders, analyze workforce trends, and implement HR programs to improve retention, engagement, and operational alignment.

Lead and supervise RN case managers and LVNs in home health. Provide field oversight, escalate and resolve clinical issues, coordinate training and case conferences, review clinical records and care plans, support staff development, and liaise with customers to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions.

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing patient care, managing RN Case Managers, coordinating training, and ensuring effective communication to improve patient outcomes and staff development.
