Industries like music and movie distribution were upended when it became technically feasible to transmit products as “bits” of information through cyberspace. The distribution channels were all but eliminated when consumers could receive the “bits” at home or on a smart phone. By storing the concentrated active ingredients in the Vessl™ these same products can be sold in ecommerce-friendly multipacks, consisting of a single reusable bottle and multiple Vessl™ refills. Once the initial bottle has been used, simply refill it with water and reuse the bottle by twisting on another Vessl™. Consider the impact – a standard 40-foot shipping container can hold 700,000 Vessl™ closures, while only accommodating roughly 50,000 half-liter bottles. Vessl, Inc.
