Ryan Elmore is the head of data science at West Monroe, where he leads the data science technology team. He has more than 25 years of experience across data science, AI, machine learning engineering, solution architecture, process optimization and automation. Elmore has previously worked as a data science leader for Infosys Consulting. He also works as an adjunct professor at Elmhurst University. Elmore holds a doctorate in technology and information management with a data science specialization from Northcentral University and a master’s in data science from Elmhurst University.
