Lane Greer is an accomplished tech professional with more than a decade of expertise perfecting the customer experience. As strategic solutions lead at Fullstory, Lane and his team design, build and iterate innovative solutions around the Fullstory platform to solve unique customer challenges.

Prior to joining Fullstory, Lane served as Accenture’s director of customer success/premium services on the Cloud First Applications team, where he developed and executed all aspects of Accenture’s customer success practice for the company’s large enterprise Google for Work customers. Before his time at Accenture, Lane was a customer success manager at Cloud Sherpas, which was acquired by Accenture. In this role, his responsibilities included administrator support, escalation, and user adoption campaigns for the company’s largest enterprise customers. He also previously held account manager and sales positions at Tempus Nova and Google.   

Lane holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Dallas Baptist University and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
