David Hernandez is the vice president of education at the Global Electronics Association, where he leads global initiatives connecting academia, industry and government. A board member of the IPC Education Foundation, he helps prepare students for careers in electronics manufacturing. Previously, he served as director of education development and systems at the American Welding Society, creating educational solutions for workforce needs, and has more than two decades of experience in talent management, professional development and curriculum design.
