Anand S. leads innovation at Straive, where he focuses on making generative AI reliable, aligned and ready for real-world business use. Known internally as an LLM psychologist, he studies how large language models respond, learn and behave, helping enterprises use AI more effectively across complex workflows.

Anand co-founded Gramener, a data storytelling company that was acquired by Straive in 2023. He has been recognized among India’s top 10 data scientists and AI influencers and is a regular TEDx and PyCon speaker.

He holds a B.Tech from IIT Madras, an MBA from IIM Bangalore and has completed a term at London Business School. His work brings together engineering, behavioral insight and human-in-the-loop design to improve AI performance and reliability.

At Straive, Anand works with teams on prompt engineering, cognitive model evaluation and real-time refinement of AI outputs. His approach helps organizations build and deploy AI systems that are accurate, practical and ready to operate at scale.
