As a result, demand for cloud-based solutions has gone up substantially as company leaders search for ways to better communicate internally, hold employees accountable and encourage employee engagement.
Ninety’s platform was built specifically to help SMBs achieve just that. It aims to equip companies with the concepts and tools associated with the entrepreneurial operating system — a comprehensive platform to help build their business. It features tools for running meetings, creating and monitoring scorecards, 90-day goal-setting, scheduled feedback and more.
Insight Partners led Ninety’s Series A round. The funding amount was not disclosed.
The fresh capital will go toward helping the company develop new tools to expand its operations and business. To date, Ninety has served more than 4,000 companies and 80,000 users.

As the company continues to grow, it is also expanding the size of its internal team. Ninety.io currently lists a handful of remote roles across analytics, marketing, product management and engineering.
