More funding for Loop & Tie

Austin-based gifting platform Loop & Tie has raised $2.6 million in new funding. Co-founders Sara Rodell, Jeffrey Schwartz and Joshua Caeser launched the site in May 2013, targeting the digital gifting service toward large businesses that frequently spend money on gifts for clients and employees. The gifting system was awarded $100,000 from AOL co-founder Steve Case in April.

Customer loyalty company Perk.com has completed a $2 million round of funding. The Austin company allows customers to earn cash, gift cards, and rewards when you shop, search, play, watch TV & videos online.
