Boulder-based predictive marketing firm CaliberMind has raised $1.1 million from Denver’s Meritage Funds and and Arlington, Virginia-based CEB Ventures. Shift Workspaces opens new 22,000-square-foot shared office space
Co-working fans can check out a new spot in Denver. Shift Workspaces opened its second location, this time at 10th Avenue and Bannock Street. Agility Recovery moves HQ from North Carolina to Denver
Business continuity and disaster recovery provider Agility Recovery is moving to Denver amid growth in the area. The company already has more than 100 employees in the city. Cannabis tech developer MassRoots raised $5M
MassRoots is looking to grow its user base with a fresh $5 million, raised from an equity offering. Founder Isaac Dietrich led the round and was joined by former MyPoints.com CEO Steve Markowitz, Aphria, The Delavaco Group and others. Uber’s first autonomous delivery took brews to Colorado Springs
Uber purchased Otto last year, bringing self-driving big-rigs under its purview. This week, the car-sharing startup announced that Otto has completed its first autonomous delivery, driving 50,000 cans of Budweiser from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. The truck is capable of “Level 4” autonomy, meaning it can deal with everything while the “driver” relaxes. [Wired]

Kindara hires three for C-Suite positions
Reproductive health and fertility startup Kindara announced three new executive hires this week. Ira Hernowitz has been named chief executive officer, Raychel Muenke will serve as executive vice president and Malte Muenke has been appointed chief technology officer (pictured right to left above). 2017 Go Code Colorado dates set
Entrepreneurs from around the state are set to compete starting in February next year. The 2017 Go Code Colorado competition will have a kickoff event on Feb. 1, with the Challenge Weekend taking place April 7–9. Flatirons Solutions buys airline software maker TechPubs
Content and asset management provider Flatirons Solutions has acquired TechPubs for an undisclosed sum. Flatirons already had an aviation solution, but the acquisition of Niwot-based TechPubs will give it greater reach in the sector. Revolar is joining forces with the National Domestic Violence Hotline to increase awareness and educate the public about partner abuse and assault. Empty nesters and baby boomers can find a roommate easier thanks to Silvernest’s latest update.
