Version 1.0 of PlanFast launched today. This is a huge update from our previous version, and represents over a month of constant work and refinement by Dan and me. It also incorporates a ton of feedback from BiC members, Twitter followers, and Facebook friends. So thanks for all of your help!
The underlying driver of all of these changes is this: it should be easier to share your ideas and plans with the world. So everything we did was about simplicity, ease of understanding, and seamlessness.
We can't list all of our changes here (that's what this blog post is for), but here's a screenshot and a short breakdown of the changes.
The biggest change is that the home page is now a PlanFast canvas with a built-in cheat-sheet. Now when you visit our page, you don't have to dig through any help files or figure out what to do. You can just start playing with it.
The drawing tools (see screenshot) have been completely redesigned. In the name of simplicity, we've cosolidated lots of tools and menu options into a simpler button format, with more on-screen hints.
Last, but not least, PlanFast is now more compatible with tablets and touchscreens. It works through your device's browser, but we plan on releasing Android and iPhone apps soon.
