Erin Gajdalo has been named the new chief executive officer of Pluralsight, a company specializing in technology workforce development solutions. She steps into her new role with ample experience enhancing customer experiences and driving company transformations.
Pluralsight provides a learning platform dedicated to accelerating the technology skills and capabilities of today’s tech workforce. It offers curated content, skill assessments and immersive learning experiences in areas like AI, cloud computing and cybersecurity, serving companies and individuals globally.
Gajdalo joined the company in April 2024 and was swiftly promoted from chief delivery officer to chief operating officer. In this position, she’d been responsible for leading the company’s operational performance and overseeing the execution of strategies across its core product and go-to-market teams. Prior to her tenure at Pluralsight, Gajdalo was chief delivery officer at Avantax.
Under Gajdalo’s leadership, Pluralsight is expected to enter a new phase of growth and innovation, leveraging her experience and strategic vision to enhance the company’s market position and customer satisfaction.
