Perk, a multinational company that provides businesses with an AI-native platform for travel and spend management, is expanding its presence in the Middle East with the opening of an office in Abu Dhabi. Established in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, the site is located in ADGM, the city’s international financial center.

The move represents a long-term commitment to the United Arab Emirates where Perk has served customers since 2021 and is working toward tripling travel spend among customers by 2028. With a business travel market that’s projected to reach $94 billion by 2030, the UAE is Perk’s ninth largest market by travel spend. The company plans to leverage Abu Dhabi’s AI infrastructure and globally connected business ecosystem to drive regional growth, continuing to focus on a core customer base made up of SMBs and mid-market companies that are largely underserved by other modern platforms.

“The UAE has made AI central to its national strategy, and that ambition mirrors exactly what Perk is built for. We are an AI-native platform, and Abu Dhabi is clearly seeking to become an AI-native market. We have believed in this region since we first saw customers here in 2021, and we want to be part of its future. Opening in Abu Dhabi is not just a commercial step. It is us saying clearly that we are here for the long term,” Perk CEO and co-founder Avi Meir said in a statement.
