AI-driven narrative-intelligence company PeakMetrics has secured $6 million in a Series A round led by Moneta Ventures. The raise brings its total capital to $16.3 million.
Enterprises, agencies and public sector teams rely on PeakMetrics’ platform to better understand the risks and opportunities posed by online narratives, especially at a time when AI is transforming the internet. The technology leverages AI agents to answer questions and deliver context about the origin and spread of online narratives, helping organizations make informed decisions around protecting their reputation, intellectual property and public trust
The Los Angeles-based company will use the Series A to advance its platform’s ability to detect harmful narratives in real time. PeakMetrics also plans to invest in go-to-market expansion so that it can bring its AI-driven technology to more industries and government agencies.
“AI has changed the speed and scale of how narratives spread online,” Nick Loui, co-founder and CEO of PeakMetrics, said in a statement. “Organizations can no longer afford to operate with partial visibility. PeakMetrics gives leaders the ability to quantify what is spreading, if it’s authentic, and what requires action. This funding allows us to accelerate our mission of bringing clarity to a world of distorted information.”
