Pactum, a San Francisco company specializing in enterprise procurement optimization, recently secured $54 million in venture funding. The Insight Partners-led Series C round brings Pactum’s total capital raised to $100 million.

The company equips enterprises with AI agents they can deploy alongside human employees. These autonomous agents work continuously to root out negotiation opportunities, enabling companies to close supplier deals at scale while maximizing procurement cost savings. Pactum counts names like Walmart, Linde Group and Global Industrial among its customers.

“[This funding] enables us to accelerate the transformation of procurement by empowering professionals to work alongside AI agents, freeing up teams to focus on more strategic and meaningful work,” Kaspar Korjus, Pactum’s CEO, said in a statement. “With this investment, we can scale our market reach and grow our portfolio of AI agents with new innovations that benefit organizations looking to transform procurement operations into a competitive advantage.”
