NetBox Labs has secured $35 million in Series B funding led by NGP Capital, with participation from existing and new investors. 

As the commercial steward of open-source network and infrastructure management stack NetBox, the company’s solutions are used by tens of thousands of enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies and government entities. The technology enables organizations to accelerate innovation, streamline operations and guarantee adherence to performance and security standards.

This latest announcement follows NetBox Labs’ $20 million Series A round in 2023, and the company plans to use the new investment to continue its rapid pace of innovation and scale to meet global market demand. The funding will support hiring across customer success, engineering, marketing, product, partnerships and sales.

The company’s product portfolio includes NetBox Discovery, NetBox Assurance and the upcoming NetBox Operator, an agentic AI operations platform. With a globally distributed team that has quadrupled in the last two years, NetBox Labs expects to continue expanding in the infrastructure management space.
