AI work platform monday.com announced a new product advancement. The company upgraded its onboarding infrastructure to enable external AI agents to sign up, authenticate and operate directly within its platform on behalf of humans.

This new capability provides a dedicated pathway for AI agents to access the platform and operate alongside humans. Agents can work inside monday.com to organize projects, update workflows, trigger automations, generate reports, and coordinate work across teams. This release complements monday.com’s growing suite of AI offerings, including its embedded AI agent, monday sidekick, and the monday agent builder.

“As AI agents begin taking on more operational tasks, platforms need to make themselves ready for all agents,” Roy Mann, monday.com’s co-CEO, said in a statement. “Instead of treating agents as background integrations, we’re building the infrastructure that allows humans and AI agents to collaborate directly. monday.com is where that collaboration happens.”
