What Is the AI Application Assistant?
The AI Application Assistant is a built-in experience that helps you auto-complete Easy Apply job applications directly on Built In. It lives inside the job application page on all Easy Apply jobs and activates when you enable "Career Memory" on the Easy Apply application page.
How It Works
Once you activate "Career Memory", you’ll see the AI Application Assistant in action when you apply for any Easy Apply job.

The AI Assistant is powered by your Career Memory — a secure, private collection of past answers you submitted on Built In.
This means the more you use Built In, the more helpful the assistant becomes. It doesn’t just guess — it knows what you have submitted previously.
And don’t worry: You can always review, edit, or delete any stored answers from your settings.
