Digital payments company Mastercard was recently featured on Forbes’ list of America’s Best Employers For New Grads 2026. The ninth annual list is compiled based on the survey responses of 100,000 professionals with less than one decade of work experience employed at U.S. companies with workforces of at least 1,000 people.
Mastercard ranked at no. 18 on Forbes’ list. The publication recorded survey responses over a span of three years on topics such as whether respondents would recommend their employer to others and ratings in areas including salary, benefits, advancement opportunities, AI adoption, work-life balance and company image.
