In today’s world of globalization, where a corporate environment consists of people from different parts of the world, Diversity Inc. is one company, which looks to bring about clarity and education to corporates on the benefits of having diversity in a business workplace. Founded back in 1997 by Luke Visconti, Diversity Inc. first started off as a website and today, it is considered to be one of the most diversity. The publication reaches out to more than 300,000 unique people per month and is ranked as the number one website in terms of social media outreach and total web traffic. Apart from the website, a magazine is also printed by the company five times a year and is sent out to companies which have more than 5,000 employees.

Diversity Inc. also holds special events throughout the year, which are attended by hundreds of top corporates and professionals in the US. One of the core events of this company is the Diversity Inc. Top 50 Companies competition, where this publication ranks corporations based on their organizational culture and the diversity that they exhibit. This competition has been going strong for over 15 years now and in 2015; there were over 1,000 participants in this competition. This competition has been developed based on a unique methodology and Luke Visconti, who is responsible for having created this competition, personally meets 30 CEOs spanning over 70 different corporate clients from all over the US every year.

Luke donates 4 percent of the gross revenue pulled in by Diversity Inc. to this foundation and the funds are primarily used to endow scholarships to the Hispanic Serving Institution at the New Jersey City University, the Historically Black College at Bennett College and to the Rutgers University. The foundation has donated well over $1,500,000 since its inception in 2006.

Over many years now, Luke has proven himself to be a great leader, a public speaker, a strategist, a social media expert, an even planner and of course, a publisher, an interviewer and a writer. Luke completed his Bachelors in Science Degree in Biology from the Rutgers University where he was also a member of the prestigious Tau Kappa Epsilon society and he also holds Honorary Doctorates in Humane Letters from the New Jersey City University and the Bennett College.
