Leaf Home, a provider of direct-to-consumer home improvement products, announced the appointment of Rocco Mango as its new chief executive officer. Mango, the company’s interim CEO since April 2024, has helped significantly enhance Leaf Home’s operational efficiency, foster collaboration across different product lines and fuel strategic growth. Before his interim role, Mango was chief operating officer at Leaf Home.
The company works to enhance homeowner safety, enjoyment and comfort through products for gutter protection, home safety and water purification. Leaf Home serves over a million homeowners and employs more than 4,000 people across North America. In his official capacity as CEO, Mango will work to drive innovation across the business and deliver customer value.
Additionally, Rex Tibbens has been appointed as the executive chairman of the board. Tibbens is expected to provide strategic oversight in critical areas such as growth strategies, marketing effectiveness, technological advancements, cost management and investor relations. His most recent leadership role was as the CEO of Frontdoor.
