Viewswagen launches in LA
Minneapolis-based Viewswagen rolled out its service to LA Uber and Lyft drivers this week, promising them some extra income. By placing iPads on the back of headrests, the company streams advertisements to passengers, splitting the profits with the participating driver. New app hopes to provide serious dating insight
A social dating information app, NDER, launched this week in LA. Dodgers accelerator recap
Last week, over 250 members of the Los Angeles startup community came out to Cross Campus Santa Monica to learn more about the RGA/Dodgers Accelerator and listen to a panel discussion on the growing role of technology in sports. The panel was moderated by Built In LA's own Mike Sharifi and featured Peter Guber, Tucker Kain, Jason Robins, and Stepehen Plumlee and topics ranged from the growth of fantasy sports to the role of virtual reality in sports experience.
