Imprivata Appoints New Chief Marketing Officer

Cindy Zhou takes on the role with two decades of leadership experience in enterprise marketing.

Imprivata, a Massachusetts-based provider of access management solutions for secure industries like healthcare, announced the appointment of a new chief marketing officer. Cindy Zhou, an executive with two decades of marketing leadership experience, takes on the role.

In her prior role as CMO at KnowBe4, Zhou helped scale the company’s customer base to 70,000 people. In her new capacity at Imprivata, she will work to accelerate company growth and improve Imprivata’s global marketing, strategic communications and brand presence.

“Cindy is a transformative marketing leader with a track record of driving growth, strengthening market positioning and building high-performing teams,” Fran Rosch, Imprivata’s CEO, said in a statement. “Her experience across cybersecurity and enterprise technology, combined with her strategic vision and customer-first mindset, will help amplify our mission to drive passwordless authentication and ensure every second of critical work is both frictionless and secure. We’re thrilled to welcome her to Imprivata.”
