New York’s GreenLite Secures $49.5M to Expand AI Platform and Market Reach

The company plans to expand into new markets such as lodging, logistics and multifamily housing later this year.

GreenLite, an AI-powered construction technlogy startup founded in 2022, has announced $49.5 million in funding that will be used to scale its go-to-market efforts and further develop its platform, making its technology available to new markets later this year.

GreenLite combines regulatory expertise with AI to streamline development processes and reduce permitting backlogs. Its core product, LiteTable, is a digital plan review tool that enables users to quickly analyze plan sets, identify compliance and code requirements and access jurisdiction-specific guidance.

With a team of 50 full-time employees, GreenLite says it’s actively hiring across multiple functions, including engineering, product, sales and marketing, according to a news release.
