GameChanger, a New York-based company operating a youth sports app, announced the appointment of its new chief product and technology officer, Vivek Bedi. He brings more than two decades of experience developing and growing digital platforms, joining GameChanger’s executive leadership team to spearhead the company’s product management, engineering and platform strategy.
GameChanger’s app provides live streaming, scheduling, statistics and scorekeeping capabilities for the youth sports industry. It covers more than 10 million games annually and supports over 1 million teams. Bedi will work to scale the platform, advance its AI-powered capabilities and improve the app experience for coaches, families, fans, operators and athletes.
“Vivek has spent his career building products that operate at scale and solve real problems for millions of users,” Sameer Ahuja, GameChanger’s president, said in a statement. “He brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise, product intuition and a strong point of view on how AI can enhance the human experience. As we continue to invest in our platform and expand what GameChanger can do for youth sports, Vivek’s leadership will help us move faster, think bigger and deliver even more value to the communities we serve.”
