British professional services firm EY has acquired Aqurance, a Greece-based consulting firm that supports life sciences companies through Veeva-based solutions for clinical, commercial and regulatory operations.

According to a news release, the acquisition brings together EY’s strengths in regulatory strategy, business transformation and program management with Aqurance’s technical expertise in helping clients manage and integrate Veeva platforms, including Veeva Vault, across both commercial and research and development functions.

As a result of the deal, EY becomes a Veeva alliance partner, allowing it to better support life sciences organizations with CRM modernization, regulatory systems and broader digital integration.

EY said the acquisition also enhances its Veeva Centers of Excellence, which collectively aim to help life sciences organizations make more effective use of AI and enterprise data.
