What Digital Innovators Need to Know About HIPAA, Sept. 5 at 6 p.m

With health tech startups on the rise, it’s important to understand the HIPAA regulations that can affect a business’s tech stack, business model and deal flow. Join Austin Health Tech for an informative session on what you need to know about HIPAA compliance at WeWork University Park this Tuesday. This event will be most beneficial for SaaS/PaaS companies who handle health data, or who may decide to do so in the future.

Freebies for Harvey Relief! Mixer and Open Mic., Sept. 5 at 6 p.m.

The Austin Inventors and Entrepreneurs meetup will host an open mic night and networking event to benefit Harvey relief effort at Mister Tramps Sports Pub and Cafe this Tuesday. Offer a freebie or a big discount on your products and services in return for a charitable donation to the Red Cross for Harvey Relief.

Talk Data to Me, Sept, 6 at 6:30 p.m.

General Assembly will host thought leaders from the Austin data community to discuss the possibilities that data brings to life.
